cooking spray
1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 T. olive oil
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 t. red pepper flakes
1 T. honey
1 1/2 t. sriracha sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine brussels sprouts, oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, tossing until coated. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Roast 25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
While brussels sprouts roast, stir honey and sriracha sauce until combined. Place roasted brussels sprouts in bowl, drizzle with honey mixture, and toss until coated.
Notes: Spicy stuff! I skip the cooking spray and just use Pampered Chef's stoneware instead.
