1 large can Costco chicken breasts
1 c. mayonnaise, more if desired
1 c. celery, finely chopped
½ c. walnuts or pecans, finely chopped
¼ c. radishes, finely chopped
1 c. or more grapes, sliced in half

Mix together and season with your favorite spices.

Notes: The woman who gave me this recipe is the queen of winging it in the kitchen, so all amounts are estimates. Use it as a starting point and tweak to your liking.
