STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM

2 c. mashed strawberries
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 3/4 oz. pkg. pectin

Add sugar to mashed berries and let sit 10 minutes. Boil water and pectin for 1 minute, stirring. Add to berries. Stir three minutes. Pour into containers. Leave at room temperature for 24 hours. Place in freezer. Makes about 5 cups.
