I love to eat. I also have a complete inability to wing it in the kitchen. These two facts have led me to collect lots of recipes from other people. I hope you find some recipes in the mix that you like. Please leave your questions or feedback (the good, the bad, and the undecided) in the comment section of each recipe you try!!

SOUR CREAM COOKIES
~ Janni Pacchetti
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. nutmeg
2 c. flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix first three ingredients thoroughly. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Alternate adding sour cream and dry ingredients to egg mixture. Drop by tablespoonful onto cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes.
Makes about three dozen.
Notes: Coconut oil works well as a substitute for shortening.

We would love these...I'm a cookie monster and my hubby loves a soft cookie...which I rarely ever make. Sounds very tasty.
