OH-SO-EASY TOMATO CREAM SOUP

~ Taste of Home – April & May 2009
2 c. milk
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. coarsely chopped fresh basil
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan; heat through.
