CHICKEN STROGANOFF

~ Rachelle Smythe 6 frozen, boneless, skinless chicken breasts 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup 16 oz. sour cream 1 oz. envelope Lipton onion soup mix Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen breasts in bottom of crockpot. Combine soup, sour cream, and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for seven hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Notes: I don't spray the crockpot. I mix the "sauce" first, put a little in the crockpot, add the chicken, the spread the rest of the sauce over the chicken. It's perfectly cooked and falling apart at the touch of a fork at six hours in my crockpot, so check yours before the full seven hours. We like to shred the meat before serving it.
