I love to eat. I also have a complete inability to wing it in the kitchen. These two facts have led me to collect lots of recipes from other people. I hope you find some recipes in the mix that you like. Please leave your questions or feedback (the good, the bad, and the undecided) in the comment section of each recipe you try!!

KALE CHIPS
~ Carol Schaaf
kale
olive oil
salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Tear kale into small, bite-sized pieces and place in mixing bowl. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt; toss. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes: Experiment with seasonings for this recipe. While we like the regular salt version, we like seasoned salt or Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning even better. We sometimes use canola or sesame oil instead of olive oil and prefer spraying oil instead of drizzling it. We like our chips a little crispy, but you can bake them as long or as little as you wish.
