12 oz. cranberries
1 c. white sugar
1 c. orange juice
In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and place sauce in a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
Notes: This is so good! After reading the reviews on allrecipes, I usually use 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar, plus a dash of cinnamon. I also cook it 15-20 minutes to get a thicker sauce.
