1 large cantaloupe
4 large bananas
1/8 - 1/4 t. cinnamon
ice, if desired
Put all ingredients in the blender and puree until desired consistency is reached.
Makes about five cups without ice.
Notes: Quantities are flexible. If you forget to put half the cantaloupe in, the smoothies will still taste good. Hypothetically, of course.
