ROASTED BROCCOLI WITH PLUM SAUCE

1 1/4 lb. broccoli
2 T. olive oil
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. plum sauce
1 t. toasted sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Lightly coat a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.  Cut broccoli into florets and place in pan.   Drizzle with oil.  Roast for 10 minutes, stirring once.  Toss roasted broccoli with carrot and plum sauce, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes: As per usual, we use a lot of extra sesame seeds.
