3 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
2 bananas, cut into four pieces and frozen
1 c. frozen blueberries
1 c. plain yogurt
3 T. honey
1/4 t. almond extract
1 1/2 c. ice

In a blender, process fruit, yogurt, honey, and extract.   Add ice and process until blended.  Makes four servings.

Notes: We don't freeze our bananas, though we have used kiwis we'd frozen when they were past their prime.

My kids are slurping up this smoothie right now - they love it! I added spinach because you can never taste it anyway and chia seeds and both the kiwi and banana were frozen. I also added coconut milk because I thought it needed more liquid. Great recipe!
