PESTO CHICKEN

boneless skinless chicken breasts
pesto

Place chicken in crockpot or baking dish and spread pesto over it. In crockpot, cook on low for four hours or until no longer pink. In baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until no longer pink. Serve as desired or freeze in ziploc bags.

Notes: We've shredded this chicken and used it in a green salad and put it between two slices of bread for a sandwich. Use whatever quantities of chicken and pesto you'd like. The pesto can be store-bought or a homemade version.
