~ Oh She Glows

2 garlic cloves
1/4 c. nutritional yeast, or a bit more to taste
1/4 c. tahini
1/2 c. lemon juice
2-4 T. olive oil, to taste
1 t. kosher salt, or to taste
pepper, to taste
3 T. water, or to taste

Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth. 

Makes about one cup.

Notes: This is so good I could it it plain with a spoon! I use 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of table salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and skip the water entirely. I haven't made the salad included in the link, but it looks awesome. I have, however, made the cumin lime black bean quinoa salad from the same site and it's delicious!
