I love to eat. I also have a complete inability to wing it in the kitchen. These two facts have led me to collect lots of recipes from other people. I hope you find some recipes in the mix that you like. Please leave your questions or feedback (the good, the bad, and the undecided) in the comment section of each recipe you try!!

CATALINA CHICKEN
~ unknown source
OVEN VERSION
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
15 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
2 oz. dried onion soup
1 c. Catalina dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in 9x13-inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine cranberry sauce, onion soup and Catalina dressing. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake for one hour.
CROCKPOT VERSION
Place chicken in crockpot. Mix all other ingredients in separate bowl; pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Notes: It sounds like a really odd mixture of ingredients, but tastes really good. You can cut the chicken up before you bake it, if you prefer, or shred it when it's done in the crockpot. I sometimes use homemade cranberry sauce and always serve the chicken over rice.
