5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
15 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
2 oz. dried onion soup
1 c. Catalina dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in 9x13-inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine cranberry sauce, onion soup and Catalina dressing. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake for one hour.

Place chicken in crockpot. Mix all other ingredients in separate bowl; pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Notes: It sounds like a really odd mixture of ingredients, but tastes really good. You can cut the chicken up before you bake it, if you prefer or shred it when it's done in the crockpot. I sometimes use homemade cranberry sauce and always serve the chicken over rice.
