CHICKEN NUGGETS



~ 30 Day Gourmet Freezer Cooking Manual 

4 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips or nuggets 

SAUCE #1 
1/2 c. mayonnaise 
1/2 c. milk 
1 T + 1 t. dry mustard 
2 t. onion powder 

SAUCE #2 
1/2 c. milk 
1/2 c. ranch dressing 

COATING 
2 c. bread or cracker crumbs 
1 t. paprika 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Choose a sauce and mix the ingredients. Place nuggets in sauce and stir to coat. Place coating in a bag or container. Place about one pound at a time into bag and shake. 

Bake on greased baking sheet for 15-20 minutes, turning once. Cool on baking sheet. Freeze until firm, then place in freezer bags. Reheat frozen nuggets at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
