8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. milk, separated
1 small pkg. instant pudding mix, lemon or vanilla
Beat cream cheese and ½ c. milk together until smooth. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat for 2 minutes, until soft peaks form.
