ROSEMARY POTATOES


6-8 red potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1 T. crushed rosemary
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in baking dish, pour in dressing. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Bake 40-45 minutes, until tender.
