10-12 chicken tenders
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. Balsamic vinegar
juice of one lemon
6-8 garlic cloves, crushed
3/4 c. water
1-2 T. olive oil

Place all ingredients, except olive oil, in pot on high heat. When it starts to boil add olive oil, cover, and turn to medium-high heat. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Remove cover and simmer another 15 minutes, or until liquid is reduced by half.

Notes: My chicken finishes cooking in much less time than 20-30 minutes, so just keep an eye on it.
