SMOKED TURKEY SALAD

lettuce
spinach
smoked turkey, cubed
Monterey jack cheese, cubed
nectarines, chopped
raw cashews, toasted

Toast cashews and set aside to cool.  Chop the lettuce & spinach; combine in serving bowl.  Sprinkle remaining ingredients over greens and serve. 

Notes: Use as much or little of each ingredient as you like.
