~ Jen Moskal

6 T. olive oil
6 T. soy sauce
6 T. honey
3 T. vinegar
1 1/2 t. thyme
1 1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. cayenne
1/2 t. allspice
1 T. pepper

Whisk together all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour sauce over top and cover with foil. Baking temperature and cooking time will vary according to how much meat you use, but an estimate would be boneless, skinless chicken at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Notes: Moist, tasty, and delicious served with excess sauce over a pile of rice! I always cook three pounds for four hours on low in the crockpot and usually shred it. You can add it to salads, wraps, or quesadillas. It's a little spicy, so you can cut back on the pepper if you think it's too much for your crew.
