6 T. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 t. dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
Notes: This is good as a salad dressing, but we also like to marinate zucchini in it before grilling.
