chicken broth
roasted broccoli
cooked quinoa
sesame oil
Creole seasoning (optional)

Place broth and broccoli in saucepan, then puree with immersion blender.  Add cooked quinoa, a splash of sesame oil, and Creole seasoning; cook over medium to medium-high until heated through.

Notes: This recipe is the result of having a bunch of homemade broth, leftover quinoa & roasted broccoli, a love of sesame oil, and a family who puts Tony's on everything.  Quantities are flexible, so use as much of each ingredient as you have handy or think tastes good.
