ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR


~ White On Rice Couple

2 lb. brussels sprouts
1/4 c. olive oil
4 t. balsamic vinegar
sea salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Preheat over to 375 degrees.  Trim the ends off the brussels sprouts and cut in half lengthwise.  In a large bowl, mix oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.  Add the brussels sprouts to the oil mixture and toss to coat evenly. Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until nicely browned, flipping once.

I made these and that was my first time ever having brussels sprouts. They were delicious. Unfortunately my children did not like them at all but my husband did.

Abby - The good thing about the kids not liking them is that there is more for you. :)
