GORGONZOLA & ONION BURGERS

ground meat of choice
creamy gorgonzola
caramelized onions
tomato slices
lettuce leaves
hamburger buns

Form meat into patties and grill to desired doneness.  Place cooked burgers on bottom half of buns with a dollop of creamy gorgonzola and some caramelized onions.  Add tomatoes and lettuce, then top with remaining half of buns.
