1 spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 T. maple extract
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
Notes: I chop the nuts almost to a powder before adding them to the dough.
