CHICKEN BROCCOLI QUICHE

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
6 eggs
pinch cayenne pepper
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar
2 frozen 9-in. pie shells or homemade crust for two 9-inch pies

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine soup, milk, eggs and cayenne in bowl. Divide broccoli and cheddar between pie shells. Pour egg mixture over broccoli. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 more minutes, or until set.

We really like quiche, but I've never tried a chicken version. This sounds great.

Wow I used to make this all the time and when I moved it was left and I have been trying to find this recipe thank you so much :O)
