TAM’S GRANOLA

5 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours with the lid cracked. Stir occasionally.

Makes about six cups.

Notes: I've successfully used canola, olive, and coconut oil.  You can easily make a double batch if your crockpot is big enough.
