~ Tiffany/Eat at Home & Sonlight Forums 2 c. cooked chicken 1 bunch broccoli 2 cans cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 t. lemon juice 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese If baking in oven, then preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put the chicken in the bottom of a crockpot or casserole dish. Layer the broccoli on top of the chicken. Stir together the soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture over the broccoli. Top with the cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or cook in a crockpot on low for 4-5 hours. Notes: I've used turkey in place of chicken and it tasted great. It's also really good served over rice.

I've seen many variations of this recipe, but never the same one that I use until today :) I have been making this since the first year we were married, 17 1/2 years ago! I still make it regularly. It's just so very yummy!
