I love to eat. I also have a complete inability to wing it in the kitchen. These two facts have led me to collect lots of recipes from other people. I hope you find some recipes in the mix that you like. Please leave your questions or feedback (the good, the bad, and the undecided) in the comment section of each recipe you try!!

BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM PANCAKES
~ Kelly Leonard/Cooking For The Guys & Sonlight Forums
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, sour cream and butter; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in the blueberries. Use 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and pour onto a greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until the second side is golden brown. Makes about 20 pancakes.
Notes: Kelly's site, linked at the top of this post, also includes a recipe for blueberry syrup to pour over the pancakes, but we just eat them plain or with honey. These freeze well and can be toasted for breakfast.

I'm glad you liked them, Bethany.
We rarely put the blueberry syrup on the blueberry pancakes, but sometimes make the syrup for plain ones.
Delicious!!! Just made them for dinner and they were a hit with all of us!
Abby - We're tracking together, as I just pulled some out of the freezer for tomorrow's breakfast. :)
I just saw this and was like I need to try these, and what do you know I did according to my comment 2 1/2 years ago!!!
Thx for the reminder in your menu. Another weird thing. I had a dream about you, we were at your house and you and Tim were going on a date night and we were watching your kids and I kept asking which one does.....of random things I've read on your blog. Creepy!!! Feel free to block me now!!!
Abby - You're funny, not creepy. :)
